Avijeet Singh was born in 1985 in Jharkhand.

In 2008 he received his diploma in BFA (painting) from Patna University, Patna. In 2011 he received his post diploma in printmaking (graphics) from M.S. University, Baroda.

Avijeet has participated in various art exhibitions:
From 2003 - 2015 he took part in the Bombay Art Society Annual Show at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai; 53rd National Exhibition of Arts at Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi and took part in Limited Un Limited group show in Baroda.

He won many awards:
In 2010 Avijeet received a certificate in graphics from Gujarat State Lalit Kala Academy in Gujarat. In 2011 he received the Jairam Patel award from M.S. University in Baroda. In 2013 he received a certificate from the National Lalit Kala Academy, U.P. In 2014 he won a certificate from the 47th Birla Academy of Art & Culture at the Annual Exhibition in Kolkata. He received a medal and certificate from the Intercontinental Biennial of Small Graphic, Romania.

Avijeet lives and works in Baroda.
